Shipping
Items are shipped same or next day, and are usually delivered within 7-10 working days on domestic and 10-14 working days on international orders. You will get updates to your purchasing email on tracking numbers, confirmation emails, ship outs and delivery dates.
We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs clearance, natural disasters, handovers between our carrier and the local carrier in your country, or strikes or delays in air and ground transportation, nor for any additional fees, customs duties, or downstream costs.
Delivery
Buyer's responsibility for address: it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. If the order has not yet shipped out, we might be able to change the address. If the order has been fulfilled, there is nothing we can do to reroute it and do not claim responsibility.
Lost or stolen packages: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report this to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided in your confirmation and tracking emails. If you have purchased shipping protection, your order will be resent immediately.
Refusing to accept: if you refuse to accept the parcel from the post-office or courier, we do not claim responsibility regarding what happens to the package later on. If it is automatically returned to our warehouse, we will be able to process your refund. If not, we will not be able to reimburse you.

Returns
Customers have the right to return their purchase within 60 days of delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return was due to an error on our part.
