Refund Policy

Return Window
We want you to love Synova, so we offer a 60-day return period from the day your order arrives. Please note: opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned. This ensures the safety, quality, and effectiveness of our products for all customers.

Due to the nature of our return policy, if the product has been opened, we might also ask you for feedback and how long you've been using the product, so that we can consult you on how to get the best possible effects, as well as improve on our product in the future. This is to make sure that you get the best chance to experience the results Synova can offer you and your body, that thousands of women worldwide have already benefited from.

Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All labels and seals must be intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping
A return shipping label will be provided only for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by Synova. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Subscription Cancellation
If the order was opt into subscription program, we can only cancel the subscription once at least the second order is fulfilled to prevent people from taking advantage of the subscription discount and immediately canceling.

Damages and Defective Products
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide a return label and instructions if the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened or partially used supplements

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the unopened product for a partial refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
Refunds are limited to 50% of the original purchase price for eligible returns. Refunds are issued only for unopened products or items returned due to Synova’s fault.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank or credit card processing times may take additional time.

Why This Policy Exists
Your safety and results are our priority. Supplements cannot be resold once opened, and returning used products could compromise quality and safety. Our policy helps protect you, other customers, and the integrity of Synova products, while offering refunds for valid issues.

We ship orders between Monday to Friday (this excludes Bank Holidays and varies during seasonal periods) with an expected delivery time of 2-4 business days.

Procedure for Reporting Allergic Reactions
Please follow the steps below to report an allergic reaction:

  1. Provide personal and order details: This includes your full name, order number, and product in question.
  2. Submit a clear picture of the product with the batch code clearly visible. This will help us trace the specific production batch of the product.
  3. Detail the allergic reaction: This includes the type of reaction experienced, the time frame between using the product and the reaction, and any professional medical consultation sought after the reaction. If you sought medical attention, kindly provide details of the health professional or establishment involved.
  4. Your cooperation will significantly aid our understanding of the potential causes, and will contribute to preventing similar incidents in the future.

Additional Information Requirement
Please be aware that in certain instances, we may request further evidence, such as a doctor's letter or photographic proof of the reaction. This would be necessary to support your claim and aid in our investigation. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you need further clarification on this policy. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
